Keep a log of any of the following that you do to practice your French, have a parent sign it, and you'll receive extra credit - BRAVO!

 

 

- Visit French websites such as http://fr.yahoo.com/ to read the news, check the weather, etc.

 

- Listen to RFI (Radio France International) on the Internet anytime, or on the radio (1120 am) from 7:00-9:00 a.m.

 

- Watch the news in French on cable or satellite T.V.

 

- Visit the foreign film section of your local video store and rent a French movie (G or PG only, s'il vous plaît)

 

- Change the language to French when you're watching a DVD at home

 

- Read any of the optional French reading suggested on the summer reading list

 

- Play around with French language software
