An essential, and too often overlooked, ingredient in striving to attain team excellence, be it over the course of a short-term seasonal campaign or in establishing and preserving long-term program longevity, is that of a supportive fan base that complements the commitment of individual players, the coaching staff and the administrative organization of the Athletic Department.

The 'Beest Booster Club, formed in 1999 by parents Jeff Jones and Calvin Bream, is the formal venue by which team families and friends can voluntarily get involved in helping make each boy's experience in the Men's Soccer Program as memorable as possible.

Whether it is by coordinating player refreshments on game day, helping organize potlucks, running concessions at The 'Beest Watering Hole, lending technical expertise in helping publish the annual Media Guide, promoting team events, providing photography and/or videography, encouraging player-participation in Saturday Study Halls, spearheading the end-of-the-season banquet, fundraising, etc., the 'Beest Boosters endless contributions have become immeasurable in helping frame the overall soccer experience at SSFS.

That being said, there is no question that the most valuable contribution made by the 'Beest Boosters is simply turning out in droves to enthusiastically cheer on the team, often providing more fans in the stands at away games than the opposing home team! Go 'Beests!
